Welcome to MelexWorld. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and MELEXWORLD & CO. LTD ("MelexWorld", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), RC 9155232. By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide (name, delivery address, phone number and email) is accurate and complete.

3. Our products

• Every watch and hair product we sell is sourced to be 100% authentic and is checked before dispatch.
• Product photos are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour, shade, length or finish can occur due to screen settings, lighting and the natural characteristics of human hair.
• Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

4. Prices & payment

• All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown at checkout.
• We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
• If a price or product detail is listed in error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
• Payment options: Pay on Delivery and secure online payment (bank transfer & card) through our payment partner. We do not see or store your full card details. Online card and transfer payments are handled by the payment provider.
• Pay on Delivery: a commitment fee of ₦5,000 is required to confirm a Pay-on-Delivery order. This fee counts toward your order total; the balance is paid to the courier when your order arrives.

5. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is only accepted when we confirm it and begin processing it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, where an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud), in which case any payment made will be refunded.

6. Delivery

• We deliver across Nigeria. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary with location and courier conditions.
• Free delivery applies only to items or orders where it is clearly indicated.
• Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number. Failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or an unreachable customer may incur a re-delivery cost.
• Risk in the goods passes to you once the order is delivered to you or your nominated recipient.

7. Warranty & authenticity

Our watches carry an authenticity guarantee and, where applicable, a manufacturer or store warranty against genuine manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, water exposure beyond the rated resistance, unauthorised repairs or normal wear and tear.

8. Returns & refunds

Returns are accepted where the item delivered is not the item you ordered, or the item arrived defective or damaged, and it is returned to us exactly as received, unused and without any damage to the product or its packaging. 9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems, and not to place fraudulent or speculative orders. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, product photography and design, is owned by or licensed to MELEXWORLD & CO. LTD and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MelexWorld is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order at the time you place it. Please check back periodically.
