  • Order & transaction data: the items you buy, order value, and delivery details. Online card and bank-transfer payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not collect or store your full card number.
  • Account data: if you create an account, your login details and saved preferences.
  • Technical & usage data: your IP address, device and browser type, and how you use our website, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or our contact forms.

  • To contact you about your order and respond to your enquiries.
